Research and order with subito

Heidelberg University Library holds Special Subject Collections in the fields of: “Egyptology”, “Classical Archeology” and “South-Asia” as well as the Specialised Information Service for Art. Literature on these subject areas is delivered directly to your desk via the document delivery service subito. To use subito, you need to register.

 

What kind of material can be ordered?

Essays and books published from 1900 onwards can be ordered for the above subjects. Articles from electronic journals can be ordered for all subjects. Oversize, rare, valuable or special library material restricted to use within the library must be ordered through conventional (international) interlibrary loan for use within the reading room of your home library.


 

Costs and customer groups at subito

The document delivery service Subito is subject to a fee. By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay the costs according to the current price table and to comply with the relevant copyright regulations.

Customers from other countries place their order with their home library, which can then process it via the "subito Library Service". Registration enables libraries to order documents on behalf of their users. For details please refer to subito's information on customer groups.
