Upcoming Workshop: How to publish your dissertation as a book in the humanities

On April 8, 9:00 am to 12:00 am Martin Nissen will give a workshop on "how to publish your dissertation as a book in the humanities". The workshop offers comprehensive information on the topic of publication strategies for doctoral students in the humanities. The focus is on the exchange of experiences between the participants. The subjects are: the dissertation as part of a long-term publication strategy, possible forms of publication (print, e-book, online publication, hybrid forms), choice of publishers, negotiations with publishers (simple and exclusive rights, free copies etc.) and advertisement (marketing strategies, review planning, dissertation prizes).
