Prabasi (Allahabad, Purnachandra Das ; Calcutta, Prabasi Karyalay, 1901-1964)
The monthly periodical started publishing from Allahabad in 1901 as a simultaneous publication with an English language monthly “Modern Review” being published by the same editor. From 1905 onwards the periodical was published from Calcutta. “Prabasi”, often treated as a leading publication, spanned over more than seventy years and contributed significantly to literature and art.
